Rajiv is an excellent leader. He demonstrates true respect for everyone he meets and is a great human being. Rajiv leads by example and great example he sets. He’s very smart and knowledgeable about technology and the digital landscape. And his colleagues can always depend on him to be there when they need him and to provide expert advice. I was lucky enough to work for Rajiv for more than 3 years and would feel even luckier to have an opportunity to work with him again.

March 28, 2011. Janet Kasdan, Director of Technology, Conde Nast Digital, reported to Rajiv at Conde Nast. She is now CTO at Colin Cowie Enterprises.
